Return & Refund Policy/Terms of Service

Thanks for your purchase at Olson Form.   If you would like to make a return, take a look at our policies below. We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please contact us at sales@olsonform.com.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.  Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email sales@olsonform.com within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Any customizable items are non-refundable. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  For additional information in this section, create your own Return & Refund Policy.

Insurance

If you’re shipping an item over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.
